Why it is mandatory in the EV Clinic network:
Every HV battery that is opened at an EV Clinic has to be pressure tested and proven tight before it goes back in the car. The AI56L makes the leak point visible in seconds instead of relying on soap water and guesswork, and the saved acoustic image goes straight into the EVC CRM as proof of the sealing check on that work order. This is part of the franchise quality standard and a condition for EVC warranty coverage on battery repairs.
Mandatory tool for all EV Clinic franchise partners. The AI56L is integrated with the EVC CRM: acoustic images and leak reports from the camera are attached directly to the work order, which is required for EVC battery repair documentation, pack sealing sign-off, warranty handling and quality audits. Battery repairs without an acoustic leak check in the work order are not accepted under the EVC warranty.
