Repair kits
EV Clinic eDrive repair kits are professional-grade, road-tested solutions for rebuilding electric motors across the most common EV platforms. Each kit is developed in-house by EV Clinic engineers based on real-world drivetrain failure analysis — not OEM documentation.
All kits target the root causes of eDrive failure: worn ball bearings, degraded rotor oil seals, failed halfshaft seals and the notorious SiC Kaco coolant seal — replaced in our kits with a superior PTFE Nylon alternative, the same approach validated on the Tesla LDU with over 930,000 km of field data.

Each electric motor repair kit includes all critical wear components needed for a full drivetrain overhaul. Installation manuals are not included, because this is desinge for professional mechanic, full training is available via EVC Academy for paying customers and franchises.
