1. Product orders
You may cancel an order for physical products free of charge at any time before the order has been dispatched, by e-mailing [EMAIL] with your order number. Any payment already made will be refunded in full within 14 days. If the order has already been dispatched, the Refund & Return Policy applies.
2. Repair service bookings
A repair service booking may be cancelled free of charge at any time before work on your component has begun. If you cancel after work has begun, a proportionate charge applies for work already performed. If your component is already at our workshop at the time of cancellation, we will return it to you at your cost.
3. Digital file services
A digital file service may be cancelled free of charge at any time before performance begins. Once the service has been fully performed, it can no longer be cancelled and is non-refundable, as expressly acknowledged at the time of ordering.
4. Training (EVC Academy)
Training bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 20 days before the scheduled start date. For cancellations made later,
30% of the training fee is charged. You may transfer your booking to another participant from the same organisation at no cost by notifying us in advance.
5. Cancellations by EVC
If we are unable to fulfil an order or booking (e.g. stock unavailability, force majeure), we will notify you as soon as possible and refund all payments received for the affected order in full.
