1. Shipping destinations and carriers
We ship physical products from our facility in Sveta Nedelja, Croatia, to addresses in the European Union and [worldwide / lista zemalja]. Shipments are sent via [GLS / DPD / DHL / carrier list] with tracking.
2. Dispatch and delivery times

5. Risk and transit damage
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods. 6. Sending components to us (repair services)

Package components securely and follow any special instructions provided after booking, particularly for lithium-ion batteries and other dangerous goods, which must be shipped in compliance with applicable transport regulations (ADR/IATA). Return shipping of repaired components is charged as stated in the service description or quoted separately.
