Why it is mandatory in the EV Clinic network:
EVC’s repair process for HV batteries and eDrive units requires documented torque values on every safety-relevant connection. The 7292-2STAC feeds those values into the EVC CRM automatically, so each work order carries a verifiable torque record. This is part of the franchise quality standard and a condition for EVC warranty coverage on repairs. Together with the 7281-2STAC (2.5–25 Nm) it covers the full torque range needed for EV battery and drivetrain work.
Mandatory tool for all EV Clinic franchise partners. The 7292-2STAC is integrated with the EVC CRM: torque data from the wrench is linked directly to the work order, which is required for EVC repair documentation, warranty handling and quality audits. Non-connected wrenches are not accepted for franchise battery and drivetrain repairs.
