Standard tools simply don’t work due to the extremely tight clearance between the bearing and gear. Traditional removal methods could take over 2 hours and risk damaging the components.
Our solution? A precision-engineered, two-piece clamshell design that securely clamps around the bearing, with a threaded collar and central forcing screw to efficiently press the bearing off in seconds — no damage, no wasted time.
