🔧 EVC Custom Bearing Puller Tool – FIAT 500e 2020 Electric Motor Gearbox
Engineered by EV Clinic Croatia, this tailor-made bearing puller kit is purpose-built for the FIAT 500e MY2020 electric motor gearbox, where standard tools are unusable due to extreme tolerances.
📏 Precision Problem
Inside the gearbox are 4 critical bearings that must be removed with high precision. These bearings have a clearance of less than 0.5 mm and almost no accessible edge, making traditional extraction tools ineffective.
🛠️ Our Engineering Solution
This toolset includes 2 custom pullers specifically designed to extract the outer race of the bearings seated inside the gearbox housing (transmission casing). It enables non-destructive removal of the bearing seats without damaging the aluminum casing.
❗ Note: This kit does not include tooling for removing bearings from the gear shafts themselves (i.e., it is not designed for gear-mounted bearings).
