Description
The Metron PC03A is a compact portable EV charger designed for charging electric vehicles with a Type 2 socket from any standard 230V wall outlet. This portable EV charger Type 2 unit supports 1-phase Mode 2 charging with adjustable current from 6A to 16A (up to 3.7 kW and 11kW 3-phase), making it a versatile solution for home, travel and emergency charging.
Unlike bulky box-style portable chargers, the PC03A integrates all electronics directly into the plug housing — keeping the cable lightweight and easy to carry. The 100% in-house developed EVSE vehicle communication module ensures reliable, safe charging across all Type 2 compatible electric vehicles.
Available configurations:
- Wall plug: Type F (Schuko/Europe), CEE 16A
- Cable length: 7m to 30m (including spiral/coiled option at 5m)
- RCD 30mA ground fault protection: optional (+€25)
- Cable colour: Orange or Black
