The EVC Q210 eDrive Repair Kit is a comprehensive repair solution developed by EV Clinic for professional rebuilding of the Continental electric drive unit used in early Renault Zoe vehicles.
Unlike conventional gearbox-only repair kits, the EVC kit covers both the electric motor and the reduction gearbox, including the two critical electric motor rotor bearings.
Developed through EV Clinic’s practical eDrive repair experience and road-tested in real-world applications, this kit enables technicians to replace worn or damaged bearings and seals without replacing the complete drive unit.

The Renault Zoe Q210 eDrive operates with potentially lethal high-voltage electrical energy. Incorrect handling, disassembly or repair can result in severe injury, electric shock or death.
Mandatory safety requirements:
- Installation and repair must be performed exclusively by qualified EV technicians with appropriate HV certification (HV Level 3 or equivalent, where applicable).
- Before disassembly, follow the manufacturer’s HV shutdown and isolation procedure, including disconnection of the LV service loop and 12V battery where specified.
- Verify the absence of voltage using approved, appropriately rated measuring equipment.
- Observe manufacturer-specified capacitor discharge times and secure the system against accidental re-energization.
- Use suitable PPE, insulated tools and approved HV workshop safety procedures.
Never assume that the high-voltage system is safe simply because the vehicle is switched off or the 12V battery is disconnected.
