This Mercedes eSprinter eDrive repair kit is a complete, road-tested solution for rebuilding the ZF induction front drive unit (eATS) fitted to the Mercedes eSprinter from 2018 to 2024, OEM part number A9103406800 (A910 340 68 00) and compatible variants. The kit was developed by EV Clinic from hands-on teardown and repair experience with eSprinter drivetrain failures: bearing noise, whining or grinding under load, coolant ingress into the rotor and the well-known SiC Kaco seal failure that leads to coolant in the motor oil.

- 7 eDrive ball bearings (rotor and gearbox)
- Rotor oil seal
- 2 halfshaft seals
- Proprietary EVC PTFE Nylon coolant seal (replaces the original SiC Kaco seal)
- Custom heat-treated, nano-coated steel rotor sleeve
The original SiC seal is removed and replaced with our PTFE Nylon seal, the same approach we use on the Tesla LDU HolyGrail kit. Combined with the hardened sleeve this eliminates the root cause of coolant leakage instead of just replacing the worn part.

DANGER: HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The Renault Zoe Q210 eDrive operates with potentially lethal high-voltage electrical energy. Incorrect handling, disassembly or repair can result in severe injury, electric shock or death.
Mandatory safety requirements:
- Installation and repair must be performed exclusively by qualified EV technicians with appropriate HV certification (HV Level 3 or equivalent, where applicable).
- Before disassembly, follow the manufacturer’s HV shutdown and isolation procedure, including disconnection of the LV service loop and 12V battery where specified.
- Verify the absence of voltage using approved, appropriately rated measuring equipment.
- Observe manufacturer-specified capacitor discharge times and secure the system against accidental re-energization.
- Use suitable PPE, insulated tools and approved HV workshop safety procedures.
Never assume that the high-voltage system is safe simply because the vehicle is switched off or the 12V battery is disconnected.
