Help Us Build the Future of Affordable EV Repairs
Community-Driven eDrive Motor Research Program (EU)
SHIPPING TO CROATIA ZAGREB EVCLINIC HEADQUARTERS
We are opening a dedicated application program for the European EV community to support the development of faster, cheaper, and more accessible eDrive motor repairs.
We are specifically looking for faulty / non-working eDrive electric motors from any electric vehicle brand.
These units are not intended for resale or refurbishment, but exclusively for:
- Deep technical failure analysis
- Reverse engineering & documentation
- Development of replacement parts
- Design of dedicated service and diagnostic tools
Why We Are Doing This
The current repair workflow across the EV aftermarket is slow, fragmented, and expensive.
A major reason is that development only starts once a customer physically arrives at the workshop.
Time is money — and in EV repairs, time often decides whether a vehicle is repaired or written off.
By working directly with the EV community, we can:
- Accelerate R&D before vehicles arrive at the workshop
- Reduce development and tooling costs
- Shorten repair turnaround times
- Ultimately lower the final repair price for customers
We have already experienced this first-hand:
Several outstanding community members have previously sent us failed motors, directly contributing to real-world repair solutions now in use.
Why This Matters
Advanced R&D, tooling, and documentation are extremely expensive.
However, this collaborative approach is currently the only realistic way to make high-voltage EV repairs:
- more scalable
- more affordable
- and available beyond OEM monopolies
Manufacturers did not build this ecosystem — the community will.
Recognition & Benefits for Contributors
All contributors who agree to be publicly acknowledged will:
