1 - Remove OBC from car after you finished trouble shooting and filtering which charger is in defect, if there are 2 of them (dual charger setup)
2 - Open top cover, and remove those bolts holding wiring frame and CHG controler to access fully all phase boards. What public usually expect that internal fuses are just blown because of metal fatique is just 5% of total cases. If fuses get blown, there is probably serious issue inside of one phase boards
3 - In this step it is crucial to make precise troubleshooting which components are broken without desoldering board or any component. I lot of cases phase board doesnt have communication if FET transistors are shorted. Sometimes OBC can work if only AC side input is damaged and fuses burned. That means AC side was damaged from the grid. If DC side is damaged, phase board want be able to communicate with the car and software reinstall is not posible
