Repair operation steps
 1- Before doing anything on the battery, check if you have any votlage on output pins. If you have voltage there, you can charge battery directly on those pins without opening or drilling 16V battery pack. But if you dont have any voltage there please proceed with repair steps
 2- Make driling marks on your battery, take your stepdrill and make holes there. You can drill battery in upside down position to prevent any metal shavings going inside. If you use same dril as we use, metal shavings are pushed outside automaticaly. Be carefull and dont go too deep

3- Now you will see several soldering pads of MINUS and PLUS terminal inside. All those soldering pads are same connecting point from cell terminals. 

 4- Now use your small crocodile wires with isolation sleeve, and connect it directly to the soldering joints inside. Sometimes we even use soldering iron and we solder wire inside if you cant grab soldering pad with crocodile wire

5- With direct access to cell terminals you can check total voltage and then you can connect lab power supply to recharger the cells. Put 16 volts and 5 amps and connect it to correct polarity

 6- After you reach 14-15V level, you can check output connector pins if there is any voltage. System usually automaticaly erases errors and re-enable output stage inside battery. This is final test and confirmation that battery is ready for assembly
