Tools needed (prepare it) :
- Hydraulic bench lift
- E12, 8MM, 10MM, 13MM, 15MM, 21MM deep- socket wrench
- T25 T27
- Hexagonal Key 10
- Coolant flush toolset
- HV Toolset
- Trowel, Hammer, sharp lever, knife, razor, bodyseal glue, brake cleaner
- Xprog + adapter
- EVC Explorer (Available at our shop)
- CROBMS (Available at our shop)
- OBD adapter
1- Check all errors alerts (put MCU in service) and make picture of all alert codes (Choose ALL tab) for bookmark later or live support
2- Connect EVC Explorer (Or scanmytesla) and read all cell voltages, CAC values and BMB Sense resistance values, make screenshot/print for bookmark later or live support
3- Safely disconnect HVIL first responder loop and 12V battery negative side
4- Remove battery pack from vehicle
5- Make troubleshooting test before opening and visual inespection
6- Open battery pack and repair all current defects and all possible future causes by our expert manual in this article
7- Deploy ALL EVC repairs
8- Clean old glue, change fuse cover and umbrella valves
9- Make pack balancing on bench, reset alerts and quality check
10- Assemble battery to vehicle and make road test
