 1- Frist troubleshoot that you got same errors readed via diagnostic tool. You can manualy check if there is any voltage on battery terminals.  It is noteworthy that this procedure consists of steps that do require cutting off/peeling off the upper cover

 2- Take your voltmeter and check if there is any voltage, if there no voltage on terminals, then your battery needs reacharge directly inside on the terminals and then you will need to program BMS
 3- Tako off PVC caps from both terminals, you will se T27 bolts and remove them
