Repair operation steps

P0AA6 is generic error for serious HV isolation issue and in some cases change of coolant sensor and reset 1FFF flag it wont help for long term. Until you find the cause of P0AA6 the 1FFF flag will repeat again

 1- First step is to connect you diagnostic tool to OBD2 and confirm that you got same P0AA6 and P1FFF latching OTP error which cant be erased via OBD. (you cant use ELM327 or some other amateur tools). In this EVC method we are not using SPS Web2Tis method, we made our own method with manual DTC erase. That means no need to buy any OBD tools or Online subscriptions from Opel

 2- To access the troubleshooting safely and coorrectly, which is part of high voltage system, it is crucial to follow all safety procedures and take the necessary precautions to disconnect the high voltage system. Step one - Put your vehicle on lift , open the hood of the vehicle and trunk and carefully remove the negative pole connection from the 12V battery.

 3- Remove negative pole from 12V aux battery

 4- Now access driver side seat and lift armrest midle console. Pull out plastic cover

 4- Remove service fuse / plug by pressing small latch and pulling the fuse upwards in same time. After this step vehicle is safely disconnected for any service operation
