• Lab Power supply
• Cell spot welder
• NEW Cells 3.0Ah
• Compressed air, Hammer, sharp lever, knife, silicon grease, brake cleaner

 Before you start any repair procedure, first try to start Seabob and try to charge it with original charger and wait few seconds to see if it boots

 In our cases Seabob booted but one of the battery pack was reporting over temperature, that means one cell detoriated heavily and we must change all cells in both battery packs.
