Repair operation steps
 1- Frist troubleshoot that you got same or similar defect.  It is noteworthy that this procedure consists of steps that do not require removing complete OBC box out of the car and spilling coolant from vehicle

 2- First confirm that you cant charge vehicle with home charger on normal outlet socket

 3- Prepare vehicle to safely operate with OBC. First open the front hood and disconnect 12V supply. Latch to open it is on passenger side footwel
 4- Open the hood and remove 12V supply
 5- Now remove High Voltage service fuse under driver seat. There is small metal cover with 2 bolts, and it is tricky to remove them and to pull out service fuse
 6- Now open trunk and remove motor cover and remove all the bolts from the metal cover on the OBC
 7- Now remove bolts holding upper PCB, remove wiring connected to it and be extra carefull with sensitive flat cable holding upper and lower PCB together. It is marked with red arrow
 8- Now lift upper PCB and disconnect flat cable
